AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, RE-
PEALING SECTIONS 27, 59 AND 61 OF ARTICLE II, CHAPTER
32 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, 1950, BEING
THOSE SECTIONS RELATING TO RATES FOR FUEL AND FUEL
ADJUSTMENT CHARGE FOR SERVICES OUTSIDE OF THE CITY
LIMITS; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE
DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.'
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Sections 27, 59 and 61 of Article II of Chapter
32 of the Co e o e City of Clearwater, 1950, are hereby repealed.
Section 2. The City Commission shall by resolution fix such
rates fees, exceptions, adjustments and matters of policy as it shall
see ft to adopt.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are o e extent of such conflict repealed.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
its passage.
