land lying contiguous to the territorial limits of said City. Said land
contairailess than ten (10) registered voters.
Lots 12, 14, 15, 16, 20, 17, 19 and 21 through
33, Sunset Highlands Unit Two, as regarded in
Plat Book 41, Pages 70 and 71 of the Public Re-
s,.? cords of Pinellas County, Florida, together with {
all abutting streets. .
in, Section 2. The City of Clearwater, acting by and through its N
City Commission, intends to annex the foregoing lands according to thcO
provisions of Section 171.04, Florida Statutes 1957; and to ttc-t end
