herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee" include all the parties to this instrument and the
heirs, legal representatives and assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns of
organizations.)
WITNESSETH: That the said grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $1.00 and
other valuable considerations, receipt and sufficiency being hereby acknowledged,. does hereby
remise, release and quitclaim unto the said grantee forever, all right, title, interest,
claim and demand, which said grantor has in and to the hereinafter described parcel of land
arising out of that certain EASEMENT between U.S. HOME FLORIDA, INC. and
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER dated 07/24/74 recorded in Official Records Book 4199
Page 1637 , Public Records of PINELLAS County, Florida, together with all other right,
title, interest, claim and demand, if any, which the said grantor has in and to said parcel
situate in the County of PINELLAS , Florida, viz:
All those lands conveyed by instrument recorded in Official Record Book 10927, Page 924, of
the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, lying in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 31,
Township 28 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida, being described as follows:
"Commence at the Northeast corner of the southeast 1/4 of Section 31; thence
North 89 deg. 46' 39" West, along the East-West centerline of said section 31, for 762.96
feet;_,thence North 00 deg. 03' 16" East, for 280.54 feet; thence South 89 deg. 46' 39" East
for 285.77 feet; thence North 01 deg. 24' 17" West for 233.00 feet; thence
North 13 deg. 35' 44" West for 209.43 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue
North 13 deg. 35' 44" West for 6.22 feet; thence North 20 deg. 141 44" West for 123.74 feet;
thence North 62 deg. 09' 16" East for 329.40 feet to an intersection with the arc of a curve
concave to the Southwest and bearing North 68 deg. 55' 42" East, from the radius point of
said curve, said intersection being also the westerly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 19;
thence southerly along the.arc of said curve and along said right-of-way having a radius of

lien, equity and claim whatsoever of the said grantor, either in law or equity, to
the said grantee forever.
