RELEASE OF RIGHT TO REPURCHASE PROPERTY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: that the undersigned, City of Clearwater does
hereby and by these presents fully acquit, release and forever discharge its right to repurchase the
following described real property and its right to impose the Development Conditions on the owner
of said real property; which rights are described in (a) that Contract for Sale of Real Property which
was entered into by the City of Clearwater and Arnold Brown Properties, a Florida general
partnership on July 30, 2003 and (b) that Special Warranty Deed dated January 14, 2004, and
recorded on February 11, 2004, in O.R. Book 13370, Page 2184 of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida, whereby the following described real property was conveyed by the City of
Clearwater to Arnold Brown Properties, a Florida general partnership:
A portion of the Northwest t/4 of the Northeast '/4 of Section 16,
Township 29 South, Range 15 East, Clearwater, Florida, being more
particularly described as follows:
Begin at the intersection of the South right-of-way line of Drew Street
and the West right-of-way line of North Fort Harrison Avenue for a
POINT OF BEGINNING; run thence South along the West right-of-
way line of North Fort Harrison Avenue, 54.30 feet; thence West,
parallel to the South right-of-way line of Drew Street, a distance of
345.00 feet to the East right-of-way line of Osceola Avenue; thence
North along the East right-of-way line of Osceola Avenue, a distance
of 54.30 feet to the South right-of-way line of Drew Street, thence
East along the South right-of-way line of Drew Street, 344.08 feet to
the POINT OF BEGINNING.
