AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE INTENTION OF THE CITY OF
CLE,;RVIATER, FLORIDA, TO ANNEX THE PROPERTY HEREIN
»-? ...?. • DESCRIBED TO BE KNOWN AS THIRD ADDITION TO FAIR OAKS
SUBDIVISION, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY
OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,UPON THE EXPIRATION OF THIRTY
(30) DAYS FROM THE PASSING OF THIS ORDINANCE, ACCORD-
ING TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 171.04, FLORIDA
STATUTES, 1957, AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE
OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA!
Section 1. The City of Clearwatery Florida, acting by and
through its .y Commission, hereby declares its intention to annex'into
the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, the following
described land lying contiguous to the territorial limits of said City;
which lands contain less than ten (10) registered voters.
Begin at the NE corner of the NW 1/4 of Sec. 24, Twp.
295, Rge. 15E, run thence S 00-191-15" W. along the N-S
half-section line, 519.14 ft. for POS; run thence N 89°
18' 54" W along the South right-of-way line of Sandra
Drive, 1158.66 ft.; thence S 42° 44' 33" W. 88.50 ft.;
thence N 890 56' 42" 11. 109.90 ft.; thence S. 00 03'-18"
W. 320.10 ft.; thence S 890 18' 54". E. 236.64 ft.; thence
N 00 41' 06" E. 117.0 ft.; thence S 890 18' ,54" E. 119.63
ft.; thence N 00 41' 06" E. 165.0 ft.; thence S. 890 18'
54" E. 1009.33 ft.; thence N Oo 19' 15" E. 105.01 ft.;
thence N. 890 18' 54" W. 40.0 ft. to POB., Pinellas County,
Florida.
Section 2. The City of Clearwater, acting by and through its
City Commission, intends to annex the-foregoing lands according to the ;
provisions of Section 171.04, Florida Statutes 1957; and to that end the
City Clerk is hereby directed to publish this Ordinance in the Clearwater.
Sun, a newspaper published in the City of Clearwater, once a week for four
consecutive weeks immediately after the passage of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
