AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE INTENTION OF THE CITY OF i
CLEARWATER TO ANNEX THE PROPERTY IN SECTION 2, TOWN-
SHIP 29S, RANGE 15E, HEREIN DESCRIBED, INTO THE COR-
PORATELIMITS OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
UPON THE EXPIRATION OF THIRTY (30)DAYS FROM THE PASS- `
ING OF THIS ORDINANCE, ACCORDING TO THE PROVISIONS OF ;
SECTION 171.04, FLORIDA STATUTES, 1957, AND PROVIDING j
FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CONUAISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,.
