WIEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
enacted Ordinance No. 796 on November 17, 195$,which Ordinance declared "
the intention of the City to annex the property hereinafter described,
into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater; and,
WHEREAS, said Ordinance was published once a week for four conse-
cutive weeks in the Clearwater Sun, a newspaper published in the City of
