BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CZEARVIATER,
FLORIDA:
Socticn 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm

that a bomb will be exploded or any other serious hazard exists
in any public oonveyanoo, church, school, theatre, auditorium*
assembly hall, factory, warehouse, industrial, commercial or
residential buildings or any other place used for public gatherings.
Section 2. Any person, firm or corporation convicted of
violating the terms of this ordinance shall be punished by a fine,
not to exceed $500.00 or by a jail sentence, not to exceed sixty
(60) days, or both, in the discretion of the municipal court.
Section All ordinances or parts of ordinanoes in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section. This ordinance shall, take effect i=ediately
upon its passage.
