Section 1. That a special municipal election shall be held
in the manner herein provided, on 'T'uesday, December 16, 195E, for the
purpose of determining whether or not ordinance 793, an ordinance amend-
in; Ordinance Uo. 627, as amended, the City Zoning Ordinance, shall be
adopted.

cepted or rejected as a whole.

consecutive weeks a notice stating the purpose of the election, the polling

Section 7. The question to be submitted to the voters
at said special election shall be whether or not Ordinance 798 shall
be accepted or rejected as a whole. Voting machines shall be used
and ballots shall contain the question:
"Do you favor the adoption of Ordinance 798, an or-
dinance amending the Zoning Ordinance and the Zon-
ing map of the City of Clearwater, rlorida,of 1957,
as provided therein"

The election shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of
Chapter 7 of the Code of the City of Clearwater, 1950, as amended, and
other applicable laws. '.Prue sample copies of Ordinance 795, together
with a substantially accurate copy of the "Zoning F•iap of the City of
Clearwater, Florida, of 195711, with the proposed changes indicated
thereon, shall ba posted at each polling; place and said Ordinance,
but not said Zoning 'Sap, shall be ;published in full in two (2) sapar-
ate issues of a newspaper of general circulation in Clearwater, Florida,
the first insertion to ba at least ten (10) days prior to December
16, 1958.
Section 8. The result of the voting shall be certified and
delivered to the Hayor-Commissioner and the City Clerk in the same
manner and by the same officials as are the results in the general
election being conducted concurrently with said special election, and
said officials shall canvass the returns and declare the returns of
said special election in the same manner and at the same time and
place as the results of the general election are canvassed.
Section 9. All thinus done and accomplished in compliance
with this Ordinance and in furtherance of the purposes of this Ordi-
nanee, prior to the effective date hereof are hereby ratified and con-
firmed as being in compliance` with this Crdinance.
Section 10. This Ordinance shall become effective immed-
iately upon its passage.
