(g) Duty of Election Officials Upon Closing Polls.
"It shall be the duty of the Clerk and Inspector to seal the
slot of such container, with a seal signed by all the election officials
in that voting precinct, and it shall be the duty of the Clerk forthwith
to deliver the sealed container containing the official identification
slips, to the Clerk of the Commission.

Section-5., All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.

Ordinance take effect immediately, and that the provisions thereof be
followed in the conduct of the municipal election to be held on December
16, 1958. To that end there is deemed to be a necessity that this Ordi-
nance take effect immediately upon its passage and publication in accord-
ance with law.
