THE OBSTRUCTION. OR RESTRICTION OF THE. NATURAL
FLMf OF ANY STIMAI'i, CREEK,, OR OTHER WATERCOURSE
WITHIN THE CITY; PROVIDING PUNISHMENT FOR VIOLA-
TION OF THIS ORDINANCE, AND PROVIDING FOR TIM
EFFECTIVE, DATE HEREOF.
BE IT 0I3DAII4ED BY THE CITY 00I4•7.SSION OF THE
CITY.OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
1. It is unlawful for any person, firm or cor-
poration to obstruct or restrict the natural, flow of any
stream, creek, or other watercourse within the City lim-
its by dam, bridge, fill or otherwise.
2. Any person who shall violate any of the pro--
visions of this Ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, t
be punished as provided by Sec. 8, Chapt. 1 of the Code
of the City of Clearvrater, Florida, 1950.

3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage and upon its publication by title, as is pro-
vided by law.
