DESCRIBED, WHICH IS PROPERTY LYING NORTH OF THE PRE-
SENT CITY LIMITS AND EAST OF HIGHLAND AVENUE, IJitOPERTY
AT THE SOUTHWEST 0ORNER OF THE- INTERSECTION OF SUNSET
POINT ROAD AND HIGHLAND AVENUE- PROPERTY LYING IMMEDIATE-
LY NORTH OF SUNSET HIGHLAND SUBDIVISION, UNIT 2, A POcI-
TION OF SUNSET HIGHLAND SUBDIVISION, UNIT 2, ALL OF SUN-
SET LAKE ESTATES, UNIT 1, SUBDIVISION, AND ALL OF SUNSET
