to the provisions of Section 171.04, Florida Statutes 1957, and to
that end the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish this Ordinance
in the Clearwater Sun, a newspaper published in the City of Clear-
water, once a week for four consecutive weeks immediately after the
passage of this Ordinance,
Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective immed-
iately upon its passage.
