(30) DAYS FROM THE PASSING OF THIS ORDINANCE, AC-
0040ING TO THE PROVISIONS' 'OF SECTION 171.04, FLOR-
IDA STATUTES 1957, AND PAOVIDING FOR, THE EFFECTIVE
DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATF2, FLORID-A:
.Section 1. The City of Clearwater, Florida, acting by and through
its Uity Commission; hereby declares its-intention to annex into the.cor-
porate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, the following described
lands lying contiguous to the territorial limits of said City, which lands
contain less than ten (10) registered voters,
The N 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4,
Section 22, ToiRnship 29 South, Range
15East, Pinellas County, Florida, con-
taining 20 acres more or less, to be
known as Lakeview Estates.
Section' 2. The City of Clearwater, acting. by and through its City
Commission,-'intends to annex the foregoing lands according to the provis••?
ions of Section 171.02, Florida Statutes 1957, and to that. end the City
Cleric is hereby directed'to publish this Ordinance in the Clearwater Sun,
. ' a" newspaper published in. the City of Clearwater, once a weet'for* four con-
secutive weeks immediately after the passage of this Ordinance.
Section 3, This Ordinance shall become effective immediately,upan
its passage.
