BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COND4ISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEAtZWATE=Z, F•LOAIDA;
Section 1. The-City of Clearwater, Florida, acting by and
through its City Commission, hereby declares its intention to annex
into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida the
following described lands lying contiguous to the terri,toriai limits
of said City, which lands contain less than ten (10) registered voters:

the NE 1 the SE 1/4 of the ITil 11h. -of Sedti on
22, Trap. 295, Rge. 15E, less the South 100 feet of
the East 75 feet thereof.
Section-2. The City of Clearwater;.acting by and through
its City Commission, intends to annex the foregoing, lands adcording
to the provisions of Section 171#04, Florida Statutes 1955, and to
that end the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish this Ordinance
in the Clearwater Sun, a newspaper published in the City of Clear
water, once a week for four consecutive weeks immediately after the
passage of this Ordinance,
Section 3. This ordinance bhall become effective immed-
iately upon its passage.
