CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLOitIDA, BEING AN ORDINANCE
REGULATING PLATS AND SUBDIVISIONS AS TO THE
AMOUNT, KIND, TYPE AND SPECIFICATIONS OF PUBLIC
IMPAOVE1,M,NTS THEREIN BY INSERTING ADDITIONAL
PROVISIONS REQUTAING SUBDIVIDERS TO FURNISH AND
INSTALL STREET.' LIGHTS AND STREET NAME SIGNS AS
HERBTNAFTEil SET OUT; PROVIDING PENALTY FOR TI4E
VIOLATION OF THIS 010INANCE AND PROVIDING FQi
• ITS EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COWISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWAT&L,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 632 of the City of Clearwater,
being an ordinance regulating plats and subdivisions as to the
amount, kind, type and specifications of public improvements
therein, is amended by an additional sub-section to Section 3
thereof to be numbered I'M" as follows:
111411 - Street Lights and Street Name Signs.
"Construct and install necessary street
lights and street name signs in said sub-
division mtd to accomplish satisfactory
lighting and street designation within
said subdivision in accordance with the
requirements of the City Engineer of the
City of Clearwater."
Section 2. Any person violating the provisions of this
Ordinance s all subject to the penalty provided in Section 9
of Ordinance No. 632.
Section 3• This Ordinance shall become effective upon
its passage as required by law.
