DAYS FROM THE PASSING OF THIS ORDINANCE,
ACCORDING TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 171.04,
FLORIDA STATUTES 1955; AND PROVIDING F011 THE
EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS OADINANCE. ,
BE IT ORDAiAD BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF TIE CITY OF CLEAWTATER, FLORIDA:
Sedt hh li The City of Clearwater, Florida, acting by and through
Its dity Commission, hereby declares its intention to annex into the cor-
porate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, the following described
lands lying contiguous to the territorial limits of said City, which lands
contain less than ten (10) registered voters:
The Southeast Quarter (SE 1A) of the North- '
east Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Southwest Quar-
ter (S;T 1/4) of Section Nine (g), Townsh'
Twenty-nine (29)•'South, Range. Sixteen (16) Fast.
Section 1.'This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
Section 2. The City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City
Commission, intends to'annex the foregoing lands-according to the pro-
visions of Section 171.0, Florida Statutes 1955, and to that end the
City Clerk is hereby directed to publish this Ordinance in the Clear-
water Sun, a newspaper published in the City of Clearwater, once a week
for four consecutive weeks immediately after the passage of this Ordi-
nance.
