ORDINANCE ANNEXING ACREAGE TO BE KNOWN AS '
EAST DRUID ESTATES ADDITION INTO THE CORPO-
RATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CLIEARWATER, FLORIDA,

TO INCLUDE SAID ADDITION ACCORDING TO THE PRO-
VISIONS OF SECTION 171.01 , FLORIDA STATU'T'ES;
ZONING THE ANNEXED PROPERTY R'-1 RESIDENTIAL,
AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida
i enacted Ordinance 734 on April 1, 1957 which ordinance declared the in-
tention of said City to annex East Drud Edtates Addition into the cor-
porate limits of the City of Clearwater; and,
WHEREAS, said ordinance was published once a week for four con-
secutive weeks in the Clearwater Sun, a newspaper published in the City of
Clearwater., Florida, proof of zrhich publication is hereto attached; and,
WHEREAS, more than thirty days has expired since the enactment of
Ordinance 734, and no registered voter of the City of Clearwater, no owner
of real estate in the territory to be annexed, and no person whomsoever,
his objected to such annexation or has applied to the Circuit Court of the
Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas Countyy Florida, setting forth
?. any objections to said annexation; and,
;'hiEREAS, all of the provisions of Section 171.04, Florida Statutes,
have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TILE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
` Section 1, The City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City
Commission, by the authority and under the provisions of Section :71.04,
Florida Statutes, hereby annexes into the corporate limits of the City of
Clearwater, Florida, and re-defines the boundary lines of said City so as

From the N.W. corner of the SE 1/4 of Section 13, Tr 29S
rp.
Rge. 15E; run S 00 391 5511 E. along the North and South cen-
ter line of said Section' 13;,1329.43 ft. to the 40 acre line;
run thence S 890 132 5111 E. klong the 40 acre line, 31.0 feet
and run S 00 401 15" WJ 680.0 feet for P.O.B. also being a
point on the City limit line; run thence S 896 137 5111 E along
the City limit line 663.22 feet; run thence S 00 291 4711 W.$
650.77 feet to the South Section line of said Section 13;
run thence N 890 047 5211 W. along said South Section line,
?t 665.21 feet to the North and?South center line of said Section
.i 13; run thence N 00 401 15" East, 649.0 feet to the P.O.B.
