VIOLATION OF SAID SECTION: AND PROVIDING FOR ITS

Section 1. Chapter 31 of the Code of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
1950, is amended by adding thereto an additional section to be designated
Section 35 (A), to read as follows:
"Section 35 (A) - FAILING TO HAVE VEHICLE UNDER CONTROL.
The driver of a vehicle shad at all times have such
control of said vehicle as may be necessary to avoid
colliding with any person, vehicle, conveyance or other
object by complying with legal requirements and the
duty of all such drivers to use due care."
Section 2. All ordinances or pants of ordinances in conflict here-
with are hereby repealed:
Section 3. Any person violating tho provisions of said additional
section shall be subject to the penal provisions provided in Section 8,
Chapter 1 of the Code of the City of Clearwater, 1950.
Section . This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage
as required by law.
