WHEREAS. the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida enact-
ed Ordinance 728 on December 31, 1956
which ordinance declared the intention

of said City to annex an area of Druid Manor Subdivision into the corporate
Limit's of the City of Clearwater; and,

said Ordinance was published once a week for four consecutive

Florida, proof of which publication is hereto attached; and,
WHEREAS, more than thirty days has expired since the enactment of s
