PENALTY FOa THE VIOLATION OF SAID SECTION, AND
PROVIDING FOR ITS EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY- THE CITY C013-1ISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEAi317ATE2, FLO,dIUA:
Section 1. Section 15, Chapter 21 of the 'ode of the
City of Clearwater 1050 is amended to read as follows:
"Any person who shall make, aid, countenance or assist
in making any improper noise, disturbance or breach of .
the peace or diversion tending to a breach of the peace;
any person found in a disorderly house, house of ill fame
' or gambling house; any person who shall engage in or aid
or abet in any fight, quarrel or other disturbance; any
person who stands, loiters or strolls about in any place
in the city waiting or seeking to obtain money or other

; ° valuable things from others by trick or fraud or who aids

` or assists therein; any person who shall engage in any
fraudulent scheme, device or trick to obtain money or other
' ., valuable thing in any place in the cityor who shall aid or
abet or in any manner be concerned therein; any person who ,
`. shall window peep; or any person who shall engage in any
indecent or obscene conduct shall be deemed guilty of dis-
orderly conduct, and it shall be unlawful for any person
to commit disorderly conduct."
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. Any persons violating the provisions of said
additional section shall be subject to the penal provisions provid-
ed in Section $; Chapter 1 of the bode of the City of Clearwater 1950.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective upon its
