AND KNOWN AS FAIR OAKS SUBDIVISION, INTO THE CORPORATE

EXPIRATION OF TIELt'1'Y (30) DAYS FROM THE PASSING OF
THIS ORDINANCE ACCORDING TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION
171.04 FLORIDA STATUTES 1955; AND P1?OVTDING FOR THE
EFFECTIVE DA'Z'E OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT CIRDA114ED BY THE CITY COMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Clearwater, Florida, actingby and
through its City Commission, hereby declares its intention to annex
into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, the
following described lands lying contiguous to the territorial limits
of said City, which lands contain less than ten (10) registered
voters:
Being a' subdivision of part of the SFr of -the 5117 of
Sec. 13, 'A p. 29 S, Rage. 15E.
From the N11 cor. of the SIB of Sec. 13, Twp. 29 S, Rge.
15E, run S. 0 deg. 0111 5$n-ZIT. aloe the Sec. Line, 19$9.51
ft. to the 10 acre line, thence S 89 deg. 1$= 5411 E, along
the 10 acre line, 1327.23 ft. for P.O.B. thence S. $9 deg.
1$1 5411 E. along the 10 acre line 977.73 ft., 'thence S
0 deg. 06, 1.311 E- 210.0 ft. thence N. 89 deg. 1$1 5411 IV.
977.04 ft. to the 40 acre line, thence N. 0 deg. 171 3111 W.
along the 40 acre line, 210.01 ft. to P.O.B.
Said property constitutes what has been platted as Fair Oaks
' Subdivision according to the map or plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 41, page 34-

Section 2. The City of Clearwater, acting by and through its
City Commission intends to annex the foregoing lands according to the
' provisions ofSection 1.71,01x,. Florida Statutes, 1955, and to that end,
the City Auditor and Clerk is'hereby directed to publish this Ordinance
in the Clearwater Sun, a newspaper published in the City ofClearwater,
` once a week for four (4) consecutive creeks immediately after the
- :: passage of this Ordinance.
:. Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
