THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM THE PASSAGE OF THIS ORDINANCE

HE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA:
Section le The City of Clearwater, Florida, acting by and
through its City Commission, hereby declares Its intention to annex into
the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, the following
described lands lying contiguous to the territorial limits of said
City, which lands contain less than ten (10) registered voters:
Acreage to be platted and known as Druid Park
Subdivision described as the EAST HALF (EJ) of
the SOUTHWEST QUARTER-.(SW,,) of the SOUTHEAST
QUARTER-of Section 13, Township 29 South, Range
15 East, Pinellas County, Florida,
and
That property described as LOTS FOUR (4), FIVE (5),
and SIX (6) of the proposed plat of UNIT 7 OF OAK
ACRES SUBDIVISION„ said subdivision being a subdi-
vision of a part of the SW? of the Wk of Section 14'
Township 29 South, Range 15 East and-also that por»
tion of Spencer Avenue and Xagnoiia Drive as platted
and abutting the aforesaid Lots 4, 5, and 6.
Section 2, The City of Clearwater, acting by and through its
amity Commission intends to annex the foregoing-lands according to the
.provisions of Section 1,7104, Florida Statutes; 1955, and to that
end, the City Auditor and Clerk is hereby directed to publish this
Ordinance in the Clearwater Sun, a newspaper published in the City of
Clearwater, once a creek for four (4) consecutive weeks immediately
after the passage of this Ordinance,
Section 3• This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.

proposes to annex into the corporate limits of the said City of
Clearwater contains less than ten (10) registered voters.
2. That this affidavit is 'made in compliance with
Section 171.04, Florida Statutes, and is made to induce the City
of Clearwater to annex the foregoing tract into its corporate
limits.
