Section 1. That a Special Municipal Election shall be
- held in the manner herein provided and according to appropriate -
laws and ordinances concurrently with the General Municipal
Election of the City of Clearwater, Florida, on Tuesday, December 20,

Special Acts of Florida of 1955, shall be ratified; said Act per-
tams to a Fireman's Relief and Pension Fund in the City of ?•::;- '.=t'.a,, ,;.'
Clearwater, and requires the levy of an annual tax by the City

Section 2. At said Special Municipal Election, Chapter
3065$9 Special Acts of Florida of 1955, shall be submitted to a

Florida, shall be eligible to vote upon the ratification of Chapter
30658, Special Acts of Florida of 1955• All persons shall be
