BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY C0114ISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEAHWATER, 'FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Clearwater, actin; by and through its
City Commission, hereby declares its intention to annex into the
corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, the following
described lands lying contiguous to the territorial limits of said
City., which lands contain less than ten (10) registered voters:.
All of FAIRBURN ADDITION, a subdivision, as
recorded in plat boob 9, page 97 of the public
records of Pinellas ounty, Florida, being the East 495
feet of the Southwest Quarter (SWO of the Northeast
Quarter (NE?) of Section 10, 'T'ot-mehip 29 South,
Range 15 East and also beginning at a point 495 feet
Hest of Southeast Corner of Northwest Quarter (IM0
of Northeast Quarter (NEB) of Section 10, Township
29 South, Range 15 East;'thence due North to canter of
Stevenson Creek; thence southeasterly along center
of creek to the point where said center of creek
intersects the South line of said Northwest Quarter
(M.14) of Northeast Quarter (HEV of Section 10, Town-
ship 29 South, Range 15 East; thenc2'West along; the
South line of said Northwest Quarter (14114) of North-
east Quarter (NE4) of Section 10, Township 29 South,
Range 15 East to Point of Boginninp.
Section 2. The City of Clearwater, acting; by and through its
City Commission intends to annex the foregoing lands according to the
provisions of Section 171,01, Florida Statutes, 1951, and to that end,
the'Gity Auditor and Clerk is hereby directed to publish this Ordi-
rnance in the Clearwater Sun, a newspaper published in the City.of
Clearwater, once a week for four (4 consecutive weeks immediately
after the passage of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its'passage.
