AN ORDINANCE AS AMENDED DECLARING THE INTENTION OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER TO ANNEX ACREAGE IN WHAT IS TO BE
SALLS SUBDIVISION UNIT 1 INTO THE CORPORATE L114ITS OF
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER FLORIDA. UPON THE EXPIRATION
OF THIRTY (30) DAYS FR6M THE PASAGE OF THIS ORDINANCE
:ACCORDING TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 171.04, FLORIDA

HE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COA24ISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Clearwater, acting by and through its
City Commission, hereby declares'its intention to annex into the cor-
porate limits of the City of Clearwater,.Florida, the following described

Section 2. The City of Clearwater, acting by and through its
City Commission intends to annex the foregoing lands according to the
provisions of Section 171.04, Florida Statutes, 1951, and to that end,
the City Auditor and Clerk is hereby directed to publish this ordinance
in the Clearwater Sun, a newspaper published in the Ci4rof Clearwater'
once a week for four consecutive weeks immediately after the passage of
this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall become affective immediately
upon its passage.
