Section 1. That Section 5 of Chapter 21 of "The Cale
of the City of Clearwater, Florida,195011 be and the same is
hereby,amended so as to read ac folloirs:

"Sec. 5. Changing clothes in public---On streets,
beaches, etc.
It shall be unlawful for any person to change his "
clothes on any public beach, public park, street
or sideivalh, or in any public rest • room within
the corporate limits 'o£, the city.".:,
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to:the
e.;tent of such conflict.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become-effective on
