NETS IN CERTAIN AREAS AND BET11EEN CERTAIN HOURS
IN THE WATERS LYING WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER; PROVIDING PENALTIES
FOR THE VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE- AND PRO-

Section e It shall be unlawful for an person to use
or cause to be used any hand--cast net in an of the waters lying i

at the following places and distances and between the following
hours:
Within 150 feet of a residence of another
during the hours between 11.00 o'clock
