AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING SKYCREST TERRACE SUBDIVISION
AND OTHER LANDS ADJACENT THERETO INTO THE CORPORATE
i LIMITS OF THE CITY OF C.LEARWATER FLORIDA AND RE-
DEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF ThE CITY T6 INCLUDE
SAID SUBDIVISION AND OTHER LANDS ADJACENT THERETO,

FLORIDA STATUTES; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE N

WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater,
Florida, enacted Ordinance #643 on September 8, 1953, which
ordinance declared the intention of the said City to annex

SKYCREST TERRACE SUBDIVISION AND OTHER LANDS ADJACENT THERETO.,
into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, and 'i
WHEREAS, said ordinance was published once a week for
i four consecutive weeks in the Clearwater Sun, a newspaper pub-
_ lished in the City of Clearwater, Florida, loridproof of which publi-

WHEREAS, more than thirty days has expired since the
enactment of Ordinance # 643, and no registered voter of the
City of Clearwater, no owner of real estate in the territory to

be annexed, and no person whomsoever, has objected to such annexa-

tion or has applied to the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COD51ISSION OF
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER FLORIDA:
Section 1 The City of Clearwater, acting by and through
its City Commission, by the authority and under the provisions ;

the boundary lines of the said City so as to include therein the
