Section 1. That, Section 3, Article 1, Chapter 15 of
"The Coda of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1950" bo and the same
is hereby amended so as to read as follow,:
"Section 3. Licensing vendors near school. or church.
No l icensc shall be issued for any classification
hereunder, except to applicants qualifying; under Section 20,
subsection (A) (2) of this chapter, for any business located

(1) Two hundred feet of an established church, which
