BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Section 14, Chapter 7 of THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, 1950, is amended so as to read
as follows:
1 "'Section 14. CANDIDATES---METHODS OF QUALIFYING

conflict . herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
