'•'` t SECTION 1. That Section 13 of Chapter 15 of
4:. the Code of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
1950, be and the same is hereby amended so as

"SECTION 13 :o licensee under this Chapter, ;
who is allowed to make sales for consumption on
the premises, shall employ any person under 21
years of age. It shall also be unlawful for any
licensee to employ any person in the business
licensed who shall have been twice convicted within '
five years immediately prior to such employment of
any offense against any of the provisions of this
chanter or the beverage laws of this or an other
state or who shall at any time have been convicted
in any court of any offense involving moral turpitude."
