FLORIDA:

r SECTION 1. That Chapter No. 4, consisting of
: •.t. Sections 1 to 37 inclusive thereof, of the
Code of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1950,
` relating to the businesses, professions and

occupations of Barbering and Barber Schools and
creating the Clearwater Board of Barber Examiners,
is hereby repealed.
;:'.l .. SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in confl.ict'herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3 , This ordinance shall become effective on
