BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY C0M1133IOR OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 12, of Ordinance 5313, as amended by Ordinance
563, regarding the sale of alcoholic beverages, is hereby amended to read on follows:
"Section 12: With the exception of liconson ieauod under Section
4-A(2), and except as otherwise provided in thin Ord'_nunce,
licenses shall only be issued for businesses loentod in one or
more of the following zones hereby established for the purposes
of this Ordinance as follower
(1) For all classificationa:
Zane 1. Consisting of all torritory between Drew Strout
an the North, Haven Street on the South, Myrtle Avenue
an the East and the waters of Clearwater Lay an the Wost.
Zone 2. Consisting or all territory on Clearwater Roach
Inland, between Clearwater Street on the north and
First Street on the South.
Zone 3. Consisting of territory now occupied in the City
by chartered or incorporated clubs, social clubs and
golf clubs.
Zone 4. Consisting of property fronting an both aides
of Greenwood Avenue between Palmetto and Washington
Streets, and extending respectively East and bleat from
Greenwood Avenue to a distance of one hundred twenty-
five (125) feet. '
(2) For classifications 4-r1(1), (2), (3), (4) plj:
Zone S. On Fast Cleveland Street, and Oulf-to-Flay Boulevard
from Myrtle Avenue to City limits on Courtney Campbell
Parkwa7, except that portion of the City limits lying
within the Southwest Quarter (3140 of the Northeast
Quarter (IIEJ) and the Northwest Quarter (Iftj) of the
Southeast Quarter (SEE), Section 17, Township 29 South,
Range 16 Fast.
Zone 6. On Clearwater Beach Island, all territory from
Clearwater Street to Acacia Street and Block 19 of
uandalay Subdivision.
Zone 7. On Gordon Avenue, from Chestnut Street to Haven
Street and from Drew Street to Eldridge Street.
Zone S. on Pennsylvania Avenue, from Palmetto Street
to Washington Street.
Zone 9-On South Greenwood Avenue, from Pierce Street
to Cleveland Street.
Zone 10. On Washington Street from Railroad Avenue to
Greenwood Avenue.
Zone 11. On Washington Avenue from Pierce Street to
Cleveland Street.
Zone 11A. On South Fort Harrison Avenue, from Jefforda
to VoTodlown Streets.
(3) For classifications 4-A (4) only:
Zone 12. On South Fort Harrison Avenue from Haven Street
to Jeffords Street.
i Zone 13. On North Fort Harrison Avenue from Drew Street
north to Pleasant Street on the West and Llobawk Street
on the East.
SECTION 2. That all Ordinances and parts or Ordinances in conflict herewith
be, and the same are hereby repealed.
