portion of this Ordinunee shell, for any reason, be held unconatitutional, invalid
or ineMativa, the some shall not repeal, nullify or in-any wine of Not any other
seation, porugruph, sentence or portion of this Ordinance. The City Oommienion of
said City hereby declares that it would have onucted such separate section, parugraph',
sentence, clause ;end portions of this Ordinanuo, irrespective of any other section,
parugruph, sentenoe, clause or portion thereof.
Section 9. All Ordinances and parts of Orditianaea in conflict herewith
shall be, t«nd the setae are hereby repealed.
Section 10. Upon its passage, this Ordinance shall bacomo effective

Further to the conversation Mr. 3duterd Brady a:td the writer had with you about ten
days ago, re,;urding s lease on a piece of City property far a Recreation Canter, Mr.
Brady desires us to submit to you a concrete proposition for subminslon to the City
Council. The terms and purposes are set out hereunder.

6. The Recreation Center is to include u rufroshrient stand, together with rost rooms.
