Suction 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance 439, being the City 5enitory
Sewer Ordinance, be, and the Same is hereby repealed and replaced by tho following
Section 2:
"Section 2. That there is hereby established a maximum
uniform schedule of races and charges for the use or
availability for use of said utility as follows, to wit:
Family dwo111ngs of (5) five rooms or leas, 4 .75 per month.
gamily dwellings of (6) six rooms incl." -$1.15 per month.
Family dwellings of 8 eight rooms or more V1.50 per month.
Store, merchantile business buildings hotels, apartments,
restaurants, barber shops and/or beauty parlors, sods
fountcins, and other business establishments, except an
hereafter specifically named, to be based on wotor usuge
with s minimum charge of.y1.00 per month to cover the
first 400 cubic feet;,for. nest WO cubic fast I $ .10
per 100 cubic feet; over IOOO end to 10,000 cubic feet
0 ;} 08 per 100 cubic fast; over 10,000 cubic feet : 4.05
par 100 cubic feet.
For industrial and public buildings the smount of charges
for such setter services ahall be ea follows, to wit:
Forty per centum (4Mj;) of theface amount of the water
bill as rendered monthly by the City, exclusive of
water used through sprint:ler meters."
Section 2. That this.Ordinanee shell be effective ic'medlutely upon passage.
