IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMaSSION OF THE CITY OF CLEAMIATER, FLORIDA:
Sao. 1. That Ordinance No. 404, being the City Traffic Ordinance,
be, and the same is hereby amended as follows: t
"Sea .60 (b ) Where no spacial hazard axisis , the following speeds

prime facie evidence that the speed is not reasomatle or prudent
