1. No person shall drive a taxicab in the City of Clear-
water without first obtaining from the Chief of Police a permit to engage
in the occupation of taxicab driving. Any person of good repute whose
right to drive a taxicab has not been suspended or revoked by the Hua-

BE IT ORDAINED BY TIC CM.' CD=ISSION OF TF£ CITY OF
CLF.A.RVIATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 2 of ordinance No. 471 of the City
of Clearwater be and the sane is hereby amended to read as follows:
"5oction 2. For the prupose of this Ordinance, a
vendor shell be defined as a person, firm or corporation operating
a place of baniness where alcoholic beverages are sold, regardless
of whether said beverages are sold in sealed containers or by In-
dividual drinks."
Section 2. All ordinances or parts o ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
