BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,

1. Por the purposes of this ordinance, any act of unlawful
sexual intercourse shall be considered as prostitution.
2. It shall be unlawful for any person to commit any act of
prostitution, in the City of Clearwater. ;
3. Any person who takes another to a place where prostitutes
can be found, or given out or offers to give cut any information as to a
place or places where prostitutes may be found, shall be guilty of aiding
