Section 1. That Section Two (2) of Ordinance No. 465
of the Uty of Clearwater be and the dame is hereby amended to
read as follows;
"Section 2. It shall be unlawful for any operator to
operate, own, manage, lease or control, in the City of Clear-
water, any automatic phono6raph, piano, organ, vietrola, or any
musical instrument or music playing machine of any kind and
character aperatad by the use of a coin slot, and for any
operator to furnish mitsio through the use of any mechnnieal device
to the public for a aonsideration, until a l!canse has been pro-
cured from the City and also until that said operator has paid
to the City of Clearwater an occupational licen:a tax of 4200.00
per yea7. Providod, however, that when en operator owns not
sore than one such machine, and such naehine is used exclusively
at one location owned ar leased by such operator, the occupation-
