Every dwelling in the City of Clearwater must be equipped with at least one oink, with running water piped to the sink. 2. No outside toilet shall be permitted within the limits of the City of Clearwater. Every dwelling in the City shall be equipped with at least one Snaide water-flush toilet, installed to accordance with the provioiona of the plumbing Code. Provided, however, that in oases where dwellings are now equipped with outside water-flanh toilets, the use of such outside water-flush toilote may continue as long as they remain in a aanitary condition and proper working order. 3. Every dwelling shall connect with a nanitary Bower whenever such Bawer is available. except in eases where a proper eeptio tank was installed before the sewer became available. In such cases the septio tank may continue to be used as long as it " remains in proper working order. When tho septic tank is no longer in proper working order it shall not be repaired or replaced, but connection shall then be made with the sanitary Bower. A. Every dwelling that does not have a sanitary sewer available shall be equipped with a proper eeptio tank. 6. Every person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any of the terms of thin ordinance shall, upon onnriotion thereof, be punished by u fine of not more than one hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than thirty days, or by both such tine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the Municipal Judge.
