PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THH VIOLATION OF THE

hE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY C0141ISSION OF IM CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA :
SECTION I. Chiokene, turkeye, ducks and guinea fowls running at
large within the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater are
hereby declared to be nuisances. No parson shall be alloyed
to keep any such fowls aforesaid within the City, uhless the
same be securely fenced and confined to the premises of the owner.
Coops and runways 'shall be kept clean and free from ofrensive
odors. Crowing rooetare, or other noisy fowls, are hereby do-
clarad to be nuisances, and shall not be kept within the City
after complaint has been made to the Chief of Police that com-
plainant is disturbed thereuy, and the Chief of Police has
notified the owner of such rowls to remove the Same from the City.
Any person keeping or maintaining such fowl after having received
notice to remove the same shall be deemed guilty of maintaining
a nuisance under this saotione
sECTION 2. Any person, firm or corporation or association or per-
sons, who shall violate any of the provisions of this Ordinance, shall
upon conviction in the Municipal Court be fined not exceeding the sum
or $100.00, or imprisoned in the City jk11 not exceeding thirty (30)
days, or by both such fine and imprisonment, in the discretion or the
municipal Judge,
SECTION 3. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance Deg and the same are hereby repealed,
SECTION 4. This Ordinance ahal.l become effective immediately upon
its passage,
