SECTION 7. No license m, rental fee shall be issued on any of the above i.ientioned driveways, until after an inspection has been made by the City Building Inspector, assuring the safety of said struoture by the proper municipal authority. Those structures failing to meet the requirements of this inspection shall either be torn down or repaired by the oviner within ten days of such a notice as might be issued by the Building Inspector. ' SECTION 8. All plans shall be drawn to meet the requirement of this ordinance and all existing non-'conforming uses shall be made to conform with these regulations before any further permits shall, be issued for the erection of additional building structures or equipment, or the remodeling of existing buildings, structures or equipment. Plans Otherwise drawn shall not be considered. SECTION 9.
