to proceed under the terms and provisions of said Act;

lst. Mat the City of Cloarwater does hereby adopt and elect to
proceed under the provisions of Chapter #15038, Laws of Florida,
1831, being an Act entitled:
"An Act Relating to the Enforcemen.t of Taxes
and/or Special Assessments and Interest and
Penalties Thereon Imposed by Any Incorporated
City or Town iri . the State of Florida; Pro-
viding a Supplemental, Additional, Optional
raid Alternative Method of Enforcing Such Tax
Liens fund/or Special Assessments and Interest
and Penalties Thereon by Suit in Chancery in
the Nature of a Proceeding in Item Agrairlst the
Lands Upon Which Such Taxes and/or Special
Assessments Constitute Liens; and Prescribing
the Practice, Pleading and Procedure in Such
Suits and Authorizing the Allowance of Reasonable
Attorney's Fees Therein,'l
