AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO NUISANCES AND PROVIDING A
PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION OF THE TERMS 11JEREOF.

CLEARWATFR, FLORIDA:
„., SNOTION 1. No person, firm or aorporation shall
operate, maintain, conductor carry on a place of business in
the City of Clearwater, in such a manner as to create or :
constitute a nuisonco,
SECTION . Any person, firm or aorporatian who shall
violate any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall upon }:..••.:
manvsiction in the Municipal. Court be tined? not exceeding the
um o n u Do Lars ($100.00) or imprisoned in the City'
Jail not exceeding Sixty {80) days or by both such fine and
