j BY THE CITY OF- CLEARWATER AND LOCATED IN FRONT OF THE
CITY AUDITORIUM AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION

CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That no person shall dock a boat used for
commercial purposes or for hire at or on tho propertyl
dock or docking space owned by the City of Clearwater
located in front of the City Auditorium for a longer
period than four (4) hours, nor shall any person dock a
boat privately owned and used for private purposes at said,
aforesaid places for a longer period than ten (10) hours,
unless he shall have first secured a permit from the City
Manager of the City of Clearwater, Florida.
SECTION 2. That any person applying to the City
Manager for a permit as set forth in Section 1 of this
Ordinance shall first pay to the City Manager a docking
charge of the sum of $25.00 per day for each and every day,
or fraction thereof, that said property,, dock or docking
space is so used.
SECTION 3. That the City Manager of the City of
Clearwater be, and he is hereby authorized and empowered
to rent the boat slips located at said dock and to fix
and determine the amount of rental therefor.
SECTION 4.' That no person shall allow any boats to
occupy, nor shall he use in any manner whatsoever any boat
slips located at said dock without first having paid to
the City Manager the mount of rental charged therefor.
SECTION 5. That no motor vehicle shall at any time
be allowed on said dock.

providions of this Ordinanoo shall upon conviction in the ;
Munioipal. Court be fined not exceeding the sum of $300.00
or imprisoned in the City jnil not exceeding sixty (60)
days,.or by both such fine and imprisonment, in tho

diecrotion of the Municipal Nudge.
SECTION 7. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 89 This Ordinance shall take effeot immediate-
ly upon its passage.
