paid to the.City Tax Collector a license fee 'of One Hundred
($100900) Dollars, and having received u license to engage

Section S. The foregoing Section shall be construed to apply ;
to all persons who shall sell or offer for sale within the
corporate lixiits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, any ,
electrical supplies, equipment, appliances, automobile parts, ;.
nssessaries, goods, wares,, merchandise or any commodity
from any automobile, truck or any other kind of vehicle,
boat, tent, booth, or any other temporary place of business,
;= but shall not apply to merchants having a permanent place of
business, or to farmers or other persons selling produce a
i, grown by themselves. ;
Section 3.' No peddlers' license shall be issued for a frac-
tional part of a year,

provided, shall be deemed guilty of a separate and distinct
offense, and upon conviction shall be punished as provided

flict with this ordinance are hereby repealed; whereas, all,
