` AN ORDINANCE TO VACATE CERTAIN STREETS WITHIN THE CORPORATE
LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER.
BE IT CRDAINED BY THE CITY CCNIMISSION DF THE CITY OF CLEAR*
WATER, FLORIDA, That that certain Street designated on a map
or plat as the same appears of record in the office of the
Clerk of Citouit Court, Pinollas,County, Florida, in Plat Book
5 page 2 as Gulf Drive between Baymont and Rockaway Streets in
the City of Clearwater, County of Pinellas, State of Florida,
as the same appears on the said plat being known as Clearwater

Uoa?- !a filed on the 19th day of May, 1917, be and the same is,
hereby vacated and the City of Clearwater by this Ordinance
releases and relinquishes all right, title and interest in and
to the said street and declares that the same is hereby vacated.
BE IT FURTHER OhDAINED That Beach Drive in Clearwater, Pinellas
Country, Florida, as the same appears of record on Plat Book 19
page 96 of the,public records of Pinellas County, Florida
the same being a resubdivision of Blocks 10 and 11 and Lots 2
to 15 inclusive Block 9 of the revised map of Clearwater Beach
between Baymount and Rockaway Streets in the City of Clearwater,
be, and the sane is, hereby vacated and closed, the City of
Clearwater by this Ordinance hereby releaees and relinquishes all
right, title and interest in and to the said Beach Drive whether
said interest has or might have accurred by reason of the
dedication appearing on the said plat recorded in Plat Book 19
page 96, or any other plat or plats of record in Pinellas
County, Florida.
BE 3T FURTHRR CRDAINLD by the City Co.nnni,saion of the City
of Clearwater, Florida, thatthat certain Street designated on
Plat Book 5 page 2 as appears of record in the office of the
Clerk of the Citcuit Court Pinellas County, Florida, as Ambler
Street, and that certain street designated on a map or plat as
the same appears of record in the office of the Clark of the
Circuit; Court Pinellas County, Floridat in Plat Bo&'il page 5

as Ambler 3treot, both of said plats being subdivision of
Clearwater Beach, bo, and the name is, hereby vacated and closed
by the city of Clearwater, and the City of Clearwater by this
Ordinance releases and relinquishes all right, title and interost
in and to the said Ambler Street as designated on the said Plats
recorded in Plat Book 5 page 2 and Plat Book Il page 5, whether
:said interest has or might have accrued by reason of the dedi-
cation appearing on the said plats or any other plat or plats
of record in Pinellas County, Florida.
