293783 ORDINANCE NO. 293 AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF COM WCIAL VEHICLES ON CLEVELAND STREET IN THE CITY Cr CLEAR4YA7'L+'H BETWEEN GARDEN AVENUE AND OSCEOLA AVENUE. BE IT ORDRINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION W THL CITY QP CLEARWATER FLORIDA: SECTION 1. From and after the passage of this Ordinance it shall be unlawful to park any taxi cab except temporary stops for discharging or raceiiring passagers on that section of Cleveland Street in the City of Clearwater between the Atlantic rs f Coast Line Railroad and Osceola Avenue. SECTION LL. Any person found guilty of violating the provisions of this Ordinance shall, upon conviction,, be ptnished by fine of not more than $p50.00 or by imprisonment for not more than thirty (30) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Municipal Judea. SECTION III. AllOrdinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION IV.
