AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THAT THE CITY SHALL NOT REGULATE

OF MILK AND CARE OF MILK FROM WHATEVER SOURCE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Commission of the City of
Clearwater, Florida, thatthhe City of Clearwater shall provide
no rules or regulations concerning the production of milk by
dairies or persons milking five cows or less, butthat all
'.:<`• rules, regulations and ordinanced now in affect shall remain in
• full force and effect as to dairies or persons milking six cows

? or more, and all rules, regulations and ordinances concerning

the care an
handling of milk to be distributed or sold in the
City of Clearwater, shall remain in full force and effect,
regardless of the source of said milk.
All Ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with

full force and effect.
